Power Skating:
One of the most important aspects of the game is skating skills. There is nothing you can do against speed but speed. In this program you will master proper mechanics of:
* Start/stop * Edges ( inside/outside) * Cross overs (forward/backward) * Transitions
*Tight turns * Loads your legs for efficient stride * Full stride
We will repeat skating drills with a puck.

Shooting Gallery:
During a hockey game players are lucky to get 2 or 3 shots. It is important to maximise the mechanics necessary to take advantage of these rare opportunities. Learn how to:
* Take a shot is stride * Proper mechanics of wrist, snap, slap, backhand and one timer shots
*Shoot without looking at the puck * Determine when & where to shoot * How to use a screen

Instructional League with Puckmaster Coaches:
Puckmasters' staff will run drills and teach all players in attendance how to complete the basics from striding, stickhandling, shooting and passing for 20-30 minutes. Open ice games afterwards for 45 minutes.
